Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://northeastindianrestaurantsunnyvale.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Khaar reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Fish Curry, Black Sesame Chicken, Smoked Pork, Indian Tea, Indo-Chinese Cuisine provided by Khaar. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Khaar or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Khaar may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://northeastindianrestaurantsunnyvale.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Khaar makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khaar's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Khaar in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Khaar from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
